Privacy Policy

Olina (“the app”) is operated by Magnolia Functional Wellness. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Account: your name, email, and (optionally) phone, used to create and secure your account and to match you to the clinic roster. Profile & preferences: age, sex, height, self-reported weight and goals, activity and fitness level, dietary pattern, allergens, and food preferences, used to tailor your plans. Your activity: meal plans, saved recipes, workouts, the food you log, and self-reported progress (weight, waist, energy, notes). We do not store clinical records, diagnoses, medications, doses, or lab results in the app.

How we use it

To generate and save your meal plans and workouts, enforce your dietary and allergen filters and protein targets, show your progress, and operate and secure the service. We use it for your experience only. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Service providers

We share limited data with vendors that run the app on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), and nutrition/exercise data providers (FatSecret, Spoonacular, ExerciseDB) when you search foods or browse content. They process data under their own terms and only to provide their service.

Your choices & rights

You can edit your preferences anytime, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Me screen. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. To request a copy of your data or ask a question, contact us below.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider, and access is restricted. We keep your data while your account is active and remove it when you delete your account.

Children

The app is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

Medical disclaimer

The app provides general wellness, nutrition, and fitness information. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from your physician. Talk to your clinician before changing your diet, exercise, or any treatment.
